IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on IMT trailer axles with PAN22 LH configuration
✔ Replace both LH and RH calipers at the same time for optimal performance
✔ Clean and prep the caliper mounting surface; ensure it is flat and free of corrosion.
✔ Mount the caliper and torque fasteners to OEM specifications.
✔ Turn the adjuster COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until pads just contact the rotor (do not over-tighten). Then turn CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn to set clearance.
✔ Confirm system air pressure is between 100–120 psi.
✔ Block and secure wheels to prevent any movement.
✔ Depress the emergency brake release button on the dash to release spring brakes.
✔ Only after the wheels are secure and spring brakes are released should you proceed with caliper adjustment.
