IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on Hendrickson Intraax/Vantraax axles with LH MAXX22T configuration
✔ Replace both LH and RH calipers at the same time for optimal performance
✔ Clean and prep the caliper mounting surface; ensure it is flat and free of corrosion
✔ Mount the caliper and torque fasteners to OEM specifications
✔ Turn the adjuster COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until the brake pads just contact the rotor (avoid over-tightening)
✔ Then turn CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn to set clearance
✔ Confirm system air pressure is between 100–120 psi
✔ Block and secure wheels to prevent any movement
✔ Depress the emergency brake release button on the dash to release spring brakes
✔ Only after the wheels are secure and spring brakes are released should you proceed with caliper adjustment
