Product Description

The Balancer™ is an electronic liftable axle control for lifting axles when not in use. It monitors the axle load weight and lifts automatically when the trailer is empty. It monitors how many axles are lifted and can control the lifting and lower points correctly. Easy computer setup can make the Balancer™ very easy to install.

Balancer™standard functions:

•  Automatically lifts axles when the trailer is empty.
•  Internal air pressure sensor to monitor trailer axle load weight.
•  Quick connect/ disconnect fitting
•  Maximum load indicator light – For loader nearing maxing load.
•  Computer access port for computer setup
•  Display’s internal pressure reading on a computer for easy set up.
•  Air pressure switch to detect if the air pressure in the air reservoir is low.
•  Controlled Shut down if unit detects lift axle up and down repetition.
•  Internal heater and heater output
