Returns Policy

Standard returns (ie. Non-defective product) can be returned within 12 months of your original purchase date; however a 15% restocking fee applies and you are responsible for the return shipment fees.  All items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition; any item that has been installed or altered cannot be returned.  You must obtain an RGA# from Ride-Air customer service, before returning any item.
