Warranty Policy (Remanufactured Product)

Warranty Policy

Ride-Air Controls Inc. warrants to the original purchasers of its products that the products will be free of defective materials and workmanship. This does not include defects caused by improper installation, maintenance or service.

The term of this warranty shall be:

¨ 160,000 km (100,000 ml) or 3,600 hours or 12 months, whichever occurs first.

Products claimed to be warrantable must be returned prepaid and intact to Ride-Air Controls Inc. within 30 days after the date the questionable defect is first discovered. Ride-Air Controls will inspect the product and make the final determination as to whether the product is covered under the warranty program.

When a warranty claim is allowed, Ride-Air Controls will issue credit for the defective item. In no event will Ride-Air Controls Inc. be liable for the incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to costs incurred for service calls, towing, downtime and engine failure.
